About

This is our way of ending each month with a new vision of racial justice. 9:30am PT/12:30pm ET.

Av Rosh Chodesh Racial Jusice Book Review: August 8

At Keeping it Sacred, we observe Rosh Chodesh, the start of each new month, with a Racial Justice Book Review. Each month we examine new material. Our schedule for the upcoming months include:

As a preview, next month we will discuss...

  • Elul Rosh Chodesh Racial Justice Book Review: September 5, we begin a new book: We Refuse, by Kellie Carter Jackson-- see her on CBS talking about this book HERE-- we are excited! (And bonus: she was a professor of our own Molly Flanagan when a student at Wellesley College!)

And bring an open mind and open heart.

No experience necessary. All are welcome!

Please join us in the future. Registration is at keepingitsacred.com/upcoming

Keeping It Sacred programs are FREE for all because we uphold the value of keruv/accessibility; voluntary financial contributions to help offset the cost of these programs and are greatly appreciated.

Please note that the gathering begins at 9:30am PT. We enjoy participation from friends all over the world, so please adjust your time zone accordingly. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Rabbi Miller: rabbimiller@keepingitsacred.com or our Digital Media Manager, Molly Flanagan: mflanagan@keepingitsacred.com.
